To check Ayushman Card Name, first of all you have to click on the Ayushman Bharat Yojana website given above.
STEP : 1) First you have to register your mobile number.
STEP : 2) As soon as you enter the mobile number, an otp will be sent to your mobile which you have to enter in the website.
STEP : 3) After that you will be asked to select an option
STEP : 4) You can check Ayushman Card Name Check in different ways, select the one by which you want to search your name.

STEP : 5) Here I have selected by name, then you have to enter your name as detailed in the ration card here.
Step : 6) Here e now selected by name, then you now enter your name as detailed in the ration card here.
STEP : 7) As soon as you click on Family details, all the details of your family will be opened
So you can see the names of your family members in Ayushman Bharat Yojana and check if they are your family members.
And then you have to click on Get Details on SMS and your HHID number will come in mobile and you have to go to the nearest health center with it.
After all this you will know whether your name is in Ayushman Bharat Yojana or not. And if you don’t have a name then you don’t need to panic.
Now you have to take this HHID number or post and ration card and go to your nearest health center and all the people whose name is in the ration card have to go along, and also have to take the Aadhaar card of all the members.
