Purpose of Divyang Bus Pass Scheme
Gujarat ST for Persons with Disabilities by Director Social Security. A bus pass scheme is run. In which this scheme has been implemented so that the disabled persons of Gujarat can easily go for further studies, treatment, job, business or any other place. Disabled beneficiaries can travel free of cost in GSRTC buses within Gujarat state limits under this scheme.
Eligibility of the Scheme
Eligibility for e samaj kalyan scheme of Government of Gujarat is determined. In which the eligibility for the Divyang Bus Pass Scheme has been determined as follows.
A person with 40 percent or more disability can benefit from this scheme.
A disabled person should have a disabled identity card.
Benefit available under the scheme
Disabled beneficiaries of Gujarat have to apply Handicapped bus pass form online. By which the benefit of traveling free of cost in all types of buses of Gujarat State Road Transport, within the limits of Gujarat State is provided.

First go to Google Search and type ‘esamajkalyan’.
In which the official website of e Samaj Kalyan https://esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in/ will be opened.
If there is a new user on E Samaj Kalyan Portal, “New User? “Please Register Here” and register process has to be done.
After successful registration, the beneficiary has to open his personal login page by clicking on “e samaj kalyan citizen login”.
Now go to Director Social Defense and click on “PHID and Travel Pass”.
The required information must be filled in the Bus Pass Online Form.
