Eligibility to apply in this scheme is as follows
Maximum age limit to apply this scheme should be 16 to 60.
The annual income of the applicant should be not more than 1,20,000 if he lives in a village and not more than 1,50,000 if he lives in a city and the proof of income has to be submitted to the municipal officer.
The benefits of this scheme will be given to the economically weaker sections
The scheme is also specially opened for widows and disabled people.

To apply in this scheme first you have to visit the website of Commissioner of Cottage and Rural Industries @ e-kutir.gujarat.gov.in.
On the home page of this website you have to click on the option of “Commissioner of Cottage and Rural Industries”.
As soon as you click on it you will see the names of the schemes, you have to click on the Manav Kalyan Yojana option.
By clicking on it, the application form page will open in front of you.
