STEP 1: First open Google Search in your mobile or computer. Type “Digital Gujarat Portal” in it.
STEP 2 : Now you visit the official website of Digital Gujarat https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/.
STEP 3: Click on the option called ‘Services’ on this website and select the option ‘Citizen Services’.
STEP 4: Then click on the ‘Apply for New Ration Card’ tab.
STEP 4: Read all the important instructions given therein and click on the ‘Apply Online’ button.
STEP 6: If you are applying for the first time on the Digital Gujarat website, click on the ‘New Registration (Citizen)’ button. Create your personal ID.
STEP 7: Now enter the details like your mobile number, email and password in the registration and click on the ‘Save’ button.
STEP 8 : Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click on the ‘Confirm’ button.
STEP 9: Then fill in the details asked like name and full address, upload photograph and click on ‘Update’ button.
STEP 10: Fill all the required details on the ‘Citizen Profile’ form and click on the ‘Update’ button.
STEP 11: Now you click on the menu called ‘Request a New Service’.
STEP 12: Just click on ‘Apply for New Ration Card’ option and ‘Continue to Service’ button in your login.
STEP 13: ‘Request ID’ and ‘Application Number’ will open on this website. In which click on the ‘Continue’ button.
STEP 14: Now enter the details in your Ration Card Online Form, upload the documents, select the checkbox and click the ‘Submit’ button.
STEP 15 : Finally, after submitting the Gujarat Ration Card online application, an SMS will be received with an application number.
