Online card can be downloaded under Ayushman Bharat Yojana. The details of which are as follows.
Step 1 : First type “Download Ayushman Card” on your mobile or desktop.
Step 2 : After that you have to go to its official website https://bis.pmjay.gov.in/BIS/mobileverify website.
Step 3: Now enter your registered mobile number and captcha code and click on “Validate”.
Step 4: Now after opening your login, you have to click on the three lines above in the menu bar. And there you will see the option of Download Ayushman Card. Click on it.
Step 5: After that select Aadhaar and select PMJAY in the Scheme
Step 6: Select your state i.e. Gujarat and enter your Aadhaar card number.
