Educational Qualification
Should be a graduate in discipline with marks in all semesters/years.
Post Graduate / MBA (Marketing & Finance) or equivalent professional qualification required
Minimum 8 years of experience in Relationship/Credit Management, preferably in MSME Banking with any Bank/NBFC/Financial Institution in India. OR Minimum 6 years experience in Relationship/Credit Management preferably in MSME Banking with any Bank/NBFC/Financial Institutions in India.

Age limit
Age should be 28 to 37 years to apply for the post of Senior Manager in Bank of Baroda (BOB).

Salary
MMG/S-III: Rs. 63840 x 1990 (5) – 73790 x 2220 (2) – 78230
Benefits: At present, monthly CTC for MMG/S-III at entry level including DA, Special Allowance, HRA, CCA and all benefits and perquisites like facility of quarters, in lieu of HRA, for officers; transportation; medical assistance; LTC; etc., admissible as per bank rules, in force from time to time in Mumbai respectively approximately R 2.14 lakh per month (revised from time to time). Allowances may vary depending on the place of posting.

Selection process
The selection process may include online test, psychometric test or any other test considered suitable for further selection process, followed by group discussion and/or interview of candidates, qualified in online test.

However, the Bank reserves the right to modify the shortlisting criteria/interview process if the number of eligible applications received is high/low. The Bank, at its discretion, may consider conducting multiple selection / descriptive / psychometric tests / group discussions / interviews or any other selection / shortlisting method for the above position.

The Bank reserves the right to consider the candidate’s candidature for any post other than the one for which he/she has applied, subject to the condition that the candidate fulfills the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post for which the candidate is being considered.
Bank reserves the right to combine two or more similar position/s as one position if necessary.
