Eligibility requirements for household assistance scheme
The age of women applying under this scheme should be between 16 years to 60 years.
The annual income of the applicant’s family is one lakh twenty thousand rupees if they live in rural areas and one lakh fifty thousand rupees if they live in urban areas.
The scheme should be up to avail and the instance of Taluka Mamlatdar or Nagar Palika Chief Officer has to be submitted.
The main purpose of this scheme is to make the country economically stronger. This scheme has been started by the Gujarat government.

First of all you have to type “e-Kutir Portal” in Google.
In which Commissioner Kutir and Village Industries Official Website e-Kutir Portal will be opened.
Clicking on e-Kutir portal now “Manav Kalyan Yojana pdf” will be the first plan to appear.
If you have previously created User Id and Password on E Kutir Portal then you have to “Login to Portal”.
After login it will show different plan named Manav Kalyan Yojana 2023..
In which the online form of the plan will open.
In which you have to fill all the information in “Personal Details” and click on “Save & Next”.
Now you have to select the application for “Gharghanti Sahai Yojana” specially considering your experience and studies.
Enter the details of the training certificate and experience certificates you have received for grain milling.
The applicant now has to upload a copy of Aadhaar card, copy of ration card, document of BPL and sample of business experience etc.
After that read the given terms and conditions and click “Confirm Application”.
Finally, the application number received from the online application should be kept in a safe place
