There is no charge for PAN card
To get pancard through income tax department you have to go to e-filing portal and click on instant PAN through aadhar. Aadhaar number will be asked and OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. After OTP validation you will be presented with e-PAN. In it the applicant will get a copy of PAN card in PDF format. On which there is a QR code. This QR code contains the applicant’s demographic details and photo. A 15 digit number will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of application. A copy of which is sent to the application email id. Pancards are provided by NSDL and UTITSL but you have to pay a fee. Pancards are available free of cost on the Income Tax website.

Look at the Quick Links given in the website, here at the second number you will see the option of Instant PAN through Aadhaar. Click on it.Go to Get New PAN and click here. You can know all the process by clicking on the guideline below it.
After that in the page that will open you have to enter your Aadhaar number and captcha and inform that you don’t already have PAN number. Your mobile number is linked with Aadhaar and date of birth is on Aadhaar card and the applicant is not a minor.
After that click on Generate Aadhaar OTP. Immediately an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. This OTP has to be entered and validated.
After that, you will receive your PAN number on registered mobile number and e-mail. You can also download a copy of it. E-PAN will be in PDF format.
