Mafat Plot Yojana 2023: Panchayat Department, Finance Department and Revenue Department have approved to allot free Dharthar plots up to 100 sq.m for landless farm laborers and village artisans living below poverty line in Gujarat rural areas. Who will benefit from the free plot scheme?
These plots are available to those who do not have plots.
Applicant should not own any kind of land.
The applicant should be a rural artisan or labourer.
Beneficiary should be of adult age. That is, the applicant should not be a minor.
Those coming from rural areas with eligible family or state or center from socio-economic and caste based census-2011 should be eligible for government housing assistance.
There should be no plot or house in the name of husband or wife anywhere in the state.
who must have lived in that village for at least one year.
Should not have agricultural land in his name or in joint name and father’s name and in case of applicant, that land should not be more than half a hectare in case of irrigated land and not more than one hectare in case of non-irrigated land.

How to Apply in Free Plot Scheme?
To avail this scheme of free plot, the beneficiary has to first apply offline. To apply, obtain the form from the Gram Panchayat, fill in all the required information without any mistakes and attach the required documents to be signed and sealed by Talati Mantri Shri.
