Printed Ayushman PVC Card: Newly printed Ayushman PVC cards were distributed to more than 50 lakh beneficiaries of PMJAY-MA cards in the state in the virtual presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and presence of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel at a state level program at Gandhinagar in Gujarat on October 17.

Gujarat government integrated Muktri Amritam and Muktri Amritam Vatsalya Yojana in the year 2019 with the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and all the beneficiaries of these schemes became eligible to get the printed Ayushman PVC Card PMJAY-MA Card. PMJAY-MA cards have been issued to 1.58 crore beneficiaries in Gujarat. Of which, in the last one year under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, more than 50 lakh cards have been given from September 2021 till now. The newly printed Ayushman PVC cards will now be issued to these beneficiaries.

Ayushman PVC Card to beneficiaries of Ma Amritham (PMJAY-MA).

Ayushman PVC cards are being given to beneficiaries of Ma Amritham (PMJAY-MA) as per National Health Authority guidelines. 50 lakh PVC cards have been printed at the state level in Gujarat. These cards have also been delivered to the respective Chief District Health Officers / Medical Officers of the Health Offices. Ayushman PVC cards will be distributed in all the villages of the state. According to the guidelines of the National Health Authority, Ayushman PVC cards are being given to the beneficiaries of Ma Amritham (PMJAY-MA).

50 lakh PVC cards have been printed at the state level in Gujarat. These cards have also been delivered to the respective Chief District Health Officers / Medical Officers of the Health Offices. Ayushman PVC cards will be distributed in all the villages of the state.

After the announcement of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Janarogya Yojana in the year 2019, Gujarat Government integrated MA and MAV Yojana with AB PMJAY, and beneficiaries of these three schemes were issued co-branded cards under PMJAY-MA.

A total of 260 programs were scheduled to be held at the state level and taluka level on October 17.

Gujarat Government has organized a grand event on October 17, 2022 to distribute these newly printed Ayushman PVC cards to PMJAY-MA card beneficiaries. The program of this day will be organized at two levels. One at the state level and another at each taluka and municipal corporation level. A total of 260 programs were organized for distribution of cards across the state.

During this program, the Prime Minister interacted virtually with 3 beneficiaries who were cured after receiving treatment under the PMJAY-MA card. When Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel called the new three beneficiaries on the stage during the program and gave them Ayushman PVC cards. Taluka level programs will be attended by in-charge ministers, local MPs, MLAs and other dignitaries.

All the beneficiaries of Gujarat will be given 50 lakh colored Ayushman PVC cards at their doorsteps. This card will be distributed by NHA empaneled agencies after doing e-KYC of beneficiaries through BIS module.
