General and general category farmers will be eligible for 40 percent of the total cost or 45,000 thousand whichever is less on the purchase of tractor.

One has to click on the above photo where it says apply in various schemes.
After that the above page will open and the district has to be selected and submitted
As above all the plans will be seen and tractor plan has to be selected from them.
Click on apply accordingly, then all the application forms will open and you have to apply.
After that you will be asked, Are you a registered candidate? Yes or No if you have registered.
After that click on apply new and the application form will open.
After that the farmer has to submit the application by entering the complete information.
