The main purpose of Wahali Dhoti Yojana launched by Gujarat Government is to provide financial assistance when a daughter is born in a family. This assistance is given up to one lakh and ten rupees and this assistance is thus launched by Gujarat Government. The main objective of the Wahali Datta Yojana is to provide financial assistance when a daughter is born in a family. This assistance is given up to one lakh ten thousand rupees (1,10,000) and this assistance is given in three installments.
Vali Dotti Yojana Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Abhiyan has been launched by Gujarat Government. Through this scheme, this scheme has been implemented to increase the birth rate of daughters, to improve the financial condition of the parents of the daughter and to help the daughter in higher studies financially. Under this scheme, the amount of assistance is paid to the daughter in 3 installments.
The first installment of Rs 4 thousand when the daughter enters class 1, the second installment of Rs 6 thousand when the daughter enters class 9 i.e. secondary school and the assistance of Rs 1 lakh is given to the daughter for higher studies when the daughter completes 18 years. . Thus, a total aid of 1 lakh 10 thousand rupees is given by the government to a daughter.

Dear Daughter Scheme Circular
The Women and Child Development Department, Gujarat State issued an official circular of the Vali Dotti Yojana on 31/07/2019 and implemented the scheme across the state. This scheme has been started with the aim of improving the education of girls in the state, reducing child marriage and overall empowerment of the society.
Eligibility of Vali Dhotti Yojana Beneficiary
Daughters born after 02/08/2019 will get benefit of this scheme.
Maximum 2 daughters of the couple will get the benefit of this scheme.
Both the first and second daughter of the couple will be eligible, but the second daughter must have undergone birth control surgery.
If there is a first son and a second daughter, then the second daughter will be eligible for assistance. But after the second child birth control operation should be done.
All the daughters will be eligible for the benefit of this scheme except in the exceptional case of birth of first daughter and second daughter (twins) or more. But after the second child, the birth control operation should be done.
Dear Daughter Yojana Benefits
First Installment: Rs 4000/- will be payable at the time of admission to first class of girls.
Second Installment: Rs 6000/- assistance will be available when daughter enters 9th standard.
Third instalment: Rs 1 lakh will be available as higher education/marriage assistance at the age of 18 years, but the daughter should not be child married.
Dear Daughter Scheme Form
The form of Vali Dhotti Yojana will be given free of cost in the Anganwadi Centre/CDPO office/Gram Panchayat and the office of Women and Child Development Officer Shri. The beneficiary who wants to fill the form of this scheme can apply offline for this scheme by taking the form free of charge from any of the above mentioned offices.

Dear Daughter Yojana Application Process
To avail the benefit of Vali Dhotti Yojana, the beneficiary can get the offline form free of charge from the nearest Anganwadi Center or Gram Panchayat or CDPO office or Mahila Bal Vikas office. All the details asked in the form have to be filled accurately and the necessary documents must be attached and submitted to the Anganwadi center or the nearest applicable office. Within 15 days of applying, the applicant has to be informed whether the application is approved or not.
