The home page of the online site will have tabs (with images) of three LPG cylinder companies.
You have to select your company (whose cylinder is taken).
If you are carrying an indane gas cylinder, click on its tab.
A new interface will host to check whether the subsidy has arrived.
Go to the menu bar and click on ‘Give your feedback online’.
Enter your mobile number, LPG customer ID, state name, distributor information.
Then click on ‘Feedback Type’. Select the ‘Complaint’ option and click on the ‘Next’ button.
Your bank details are opening in a new interface.
The details will determine whether the subsidy amount has reached the account or not.
LPG Subsidy Registration Status Online:
The PAHAL (DBTL) scheme will ensure that the subsidy for all LPG cylinders will be credited to the customer’s Aadhaar linked bank account. Subsidy is available for 12 cylinders per annum.

Any beneficiary of PAHAL DBTL scheme who has an Aadhaar card linked to a bank account can avail it by entering the Aadhaar card number. Aadhaar card number should also be linked with LPG customer number.
How to get LPG subsidy amount if customer does not have Aadhaar card?
If the buyer does not have an Aadhaar card, he or she will directly provide the checking account number to the LPG distributor so that the subsidy amount can be transferred directly to his/her checking account. This facility of subsidizing customers who do not have an Aadhaar card has been implemented so that no consumer misses out on the benefits of the scheme. 2 different details will be displayed by customers who do not have Aadhaar card: Bank account information like name of account holder, check account number and hence IFSC code of the bank branch.
