100 rupee coins will be released on the 100th episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’

Government of India to mark the 100th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’ Rs. 100 denomination unique coin is ready to release. This episode will be telecast on the last Sunday of April i.e. 30th April 2023. This coin is expected to be a collector’s item given its unique design and material. Coin design and material:

The Rs 100 coin to be released under the 100th episode of the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program will have a diameter of 44 mm and a weight of 35 grams. The coin will be made of four metals – silver, copper, nickel and zinc. The obverse side of the coin will feature the Ashoka pillar and the words “Satyamev Jayate” written below it in Devanagari script. On the left side of the coin, the word “India” will be present in Devanagari script, and on the right side, “Bharat” will be written in English. In international numerals the rupee symbol “₹” and the denomination value “100” will be below the Ashoka pillar.

The other side of the coin will have the logo of the 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat. The logo will have an image of a microphone with sound waves, with the year ‘2023’ written on it. Above the microphone image will be written ‘Mann Ki Baat 100’ in Devanagari script and below it will be written ‘Mann Ki Baat 100’ in English.

BJP is encouraging people to take the show door-to-door, so that it is accessible to all.
