Who can create?

A person should be a citizen of India to make a ration card.

A person should not have a ration card of any other state.

In whose name the ration card is being generated, his age should be more than 18 years.

No member of the family should be named in any ration card before him

Application Procedure for New Ration Card:

To fill the online or offline details your general details and service specific information like business details, family details, etc. all the fields marked on the online form are mandatory.

If input language is English then English keyboard is required for input, but if input language is Gujarati then Gujarati keyboard is required.

If any data filled by you in the online form is incorrect or misleading then the Head of Department will be forced to cancel your form.

If your application is returned for changes or filling in incomplete details, please submit it within 37 days of return. If the applicant fails to submit the application within 37 days, it will be disposed of. The application fee will not be refunded.
