State Bank of India has launched an interoperable cardless cash withdrawal facility. With this great facility of SBI, now the customer can withdraw money even without a card. Any bank customer in India can use the UPI payment system to scan and make payments.

Along with this, if the customer wants, he can try to withdraw cash through his YONO mobile application. The Bank announced this new facility at the Bank’s 68th Foundation Day function.

The facility of cardless cash withdrawal is still available
A question may arise in the minds of some people that they are still withdrawing cardless cash through UPI through SBI ATMs, but according to the recent facility, bank customers can now do cardless cash transactions through any other bank’s ATMs. Customers can now withdraw cash from ICW-enabled ATMs of any bank without any hassle using the ‘UPI QR Cash’ functionality. No need to use PIN or debit card.
Simply scan the dynamic QR code on the ATM screen and complete the transaction.

Earlier, SBI Chairman Dinesh Khara launched 34 transaction banking hubs at 21 leading district centers across the country. It provided multiple facilities for transaction, payment and collection needs under one roof. Regarding this, Khara said, Yono app has been redesigned keeping in mind the convenience of our customers and the fast growing digital payments. This will fulfill our goal of making YONO mission a reality for every Indian.

Change Yono’s name
SBI also said that now the name of Yono has been changed to Yono for Every Indian.
